Hospitals and Aged Care
Hospitals and Aged Care have their own acoustic design requirements ranging from design of internal noise levels to noise from the facility affecting nearby residences.
Projects that we have provided acoustic advice for in the past include the Leichhardt Aged Care Facility, the Gill Waminda Aged Care Facility, Goulburn, Peakhurst Nursing Home, Bowden Brae Retirement Village, among others.
Changes to the Building Code of Australia in May 2004 mean that aged care facilities are now required to meet more stringent acoustic requirements than in the past.
